Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.

PARKING ACCESS at the ELLERY building

Parking is found behind the Ellery building.

Please arrive early to allow yourself enough time before the appointment to become familiar with the new building layout and parking lot. Our clinic is located on the 2nd floor of this building, parking is available on the P1 parking level in spaces designated for our clinic and any unreserved space.

If you are turning from 80th Ave, there is a new median on 206 St that prevents clients from turning immediately into the parking lot. Please go around the roundabout to head northbound on 206 and access the parking lot on your right. Head underground to P1 level to access our clinic’s designated parking stalls or any unreserved parking space. Accessible parking spots are first come first serve for all the business and are found on both the ground and underground levels.
